Network operator
TradePact Network is a protocol framework operated by ChaseFlow Pte Ltd (UEN 202542183C), a company incorporated in Singapore. Network participants InvoiceMediator and PaymentMediator are operated by SansDebt Group Pte Ltd (UEN 202349637C), a wholly owned subsidiary of ChaseFlow Pte Ltd. All participants route through network infrastructure operated by ChaseFlow Pte Ltd.
Neutrality within the network refers to the position of participants relative to the creditor and the paying party in any given transaction. It does not describe the corporate relationship between participants, which is disclosed above.
Where data requests go
Requests relating to data held in connection with network activity are handled by the participant concerned. If you are unsure which participant holds your data, contact privacy@tradepact.net and you will be directed.
Behavioural intelligence
Late Payer Index produces payment behaviour reports derived from invoice resolution data processed through the network. These are commercial business-information products. They are not credit ratings and Late Payer Index is not a credit bureau. Requests to review or correct a record are handled by Late Payer Index under its published process at https://latepayerindex.com.
