The Trust Framework for Modern Receivables Operations

TradePact Network is a shared protocol for transparent receivables engagement, payment resolution, commercial trust, and responsible behavioral intelligence.

TradePact brings together specialized participants operating under a common protocol for communication, negotiation, evidence generation, and accountability.

What is TradePact

A shared protocol for commercial payment trust

TradePact Network is a trust framework — a set of shared standards that governs how participants communicate, resolve disputes, exchange evidence, and coordinate payments.

It is not a payment processor, an enforcement business, or a product. It is the common standard that participants operate under.

Today, payment interactions are fragmented across disconnected systems — each with its own communication norms, no shared evidence, and inconsistent resolution. Trust becomes relationship-dependent and outcomes unpredictable.

TradePact gives those participants one standard to operate under:

  • Transparency
  • Respectful communication
  • Evidence-based interactions
  • Fair dispute handling
  • Structured repayment processes
  • Responsible behavioral intelligence
  • Auditability and accountability

Better payment outcomes while preserving commercial relationships — for everyone on the network.

How the Network Works

Three layers. One protocol.

The network is organised in layers — infrastructure, participants and intelligence — each operating under the TradePact standard.

TradePact Network does not directly manage invoices, disputes, or payments. Instead, participants operate under a shared standard protocol governing communication, resolution, evidence, intelligence, and accountability.

Core Principles

Six commitments that guide every network interaction

Principle

Communication

Consistent, respectful engagement standards between parties — transparent in how decisions are made and interactions are recorded.

Principle

Resolution

Structured, fair approaches to repayment plans and dispute handling, with neutral engagement that often produces better outcomes.

Principle

Evidence

Facts and documented interaction histories that drive resolution and remain fully auditable.

Principle

Intelligence

Permissioned behavioral insights that improve future payment outcomes while protecting long-term commercial trust.

Principle

Accountability

Transparent processes, clear participant responsibilities, and actions that are traceable and auditable.

Principle

Interoperability

Consistent handoffs between participants operating under one shared standard.

Joining the Network

Bring the brand. We run the rail.

A TradePact participant is an engagement brand — a domain, a name, and a payment portal that parties interact with. Everything beneath it runs on network infrastructure operated by ChaseFlow: communication, evidence, resolution, record-keeping. Participants do not build or operate systems.

This suits businesses that already sit close to invoicing — billing and accounting providers, business service firms, trade bodies — and want receivables engagement under their own brand without building a receivables operation.

Applications are reviewed against published criteria. Not all are accepted.

Participants today are operated by ChaseFlow.

The Future

Building Infrastructure For Trusted Trade

TradePact Network is expanding an ecosystem of specialized participants focused on receivables management, payment coordination, dispute resolution, and commercial trust.
